It appears a growing national coffee chain may be eyeing the Dayton region for its first store in the state. City records indicate that Oregon-based Dutch Bros Coffee may open its introductory Dayton, and Ohio, store in a long-abandoned property near the University of Dayton’s campus.
A commercial zoning only permit was recently filed with the city of Dayton for a Dutch Bros Coffee drive-through at 1141 Brown St. Dutch Bros is a growing national coffee chain with over 900 locations in 18 states in the U.S.
