Vantage Data Centers has entered the Midwest with a $2 billion investment. The company has broken ground on a 192-megawatt campus, Vantage said on Friday.
Dubbed OH1, the facility will be situated on 70 acres in New Albany, a suburb northeast of Columbus. Upon completion, it will total more than 1.5 million square feet.
OH1 will be constructed to meet the company’s sustainability blueprint, which is targeting net zero operational carbon emissions by 2030. It is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
