Two upcoming Wawa stores will benefit from new tax agreements approved by Colerain Township last week. On Oct. 22, Colerain trustees approved tax increment financing districts and funds for two locations of the gas station and convenience store chain. One store is set to be established at 10345 Colerain Ave., near Struble Road; and the other at 3574 Blue Rock Road, just south of Banning Road in White Oak.
