Opus has received final approval to build three speculative industrial buildings on 70 acres at Bixby Road and US 33. The company plans to begin construction this year on all three buildings, which will total over 897,000 square feet. This project represents an investment of more than $60 million, is expected to create 210 new jobs, and generate over $10 million in new payroll for the community.
