A joint venture between Blaze Capital Partners and Partners Group has purchased The Aspens Verdae, a 159-unit luxury senior housing community in Greenville, S.C., for $33.2 million, according to public records. MetLife Investment Management provided a $21.6 million loan for the acquisition, the same sources show.
