Nashville-based hotel developer Imagine Hospitality is redeveloping the historic Morris Memorial building into a boutique hotel with a basement speakeasy. The firm submitted a concept plan for the six-story mixed-use development. The hotel will offer 128 rooms and a 6,970-square-foot speakeasy in the existing basement. Franklin-based architecture firm Consortium is leading the design for the project.
