Vastland Company announced that its flagship midtown Nashville project, VOCE Hotel & Residences, has pre-sold more than one-third of its available 192 private residences. Initial site work has begun, setting the stage for the project to begin construction in the coming months.

In addition to the residences, when completed VOCE will also include 116 hotel suites, complemented by 40,000 square feet of epicurean, wellness, and fitness amenities and services, curated event programming, and 60,000 square feet of creative office space.
