Hospitality management company and tech platform, AvantStay is to open its first full-service hotel, The Gilmore in Nashville this April.  Founded by real estate and technology entrepreneurs Sean Breuner and Reuben Doetsch in 2017 as a short-term rental startup, said the launch was a ‘huge milestone’ for the company.

The Gilmore will open in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood in April with 99 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom suites, as well as private event and luxury retail spaces.
