xAI is continuing its trend of moving fast and has filed to begin construction work at its second property.

On April 15, CTC Property LLC — an entity affiliated with the California-based AI startup led by Elon Musk — filed a permit valued at $5.1 million. The work would outfit a 48,000-square-foot office at the Stateline North development at 5420 Tulane Road, which it purchased just over a month ago.
