Cincinnati-based Merus is redeveloping a site in the Nashville area formerly occupied by Vought Aircraft with two industrial buildings, according to a report from Nashville Post. The company acquired 22.93 acres of the 96.74-acre property located at 1431 Vultee Blvd. and plans to build a total of 411,600 square feet of Class A industrial space with a partner, Jetway Logistics. The project will be undertaken on a speculative basis, with one building offering 232,400 square feet and the other 179,200 square feet.
