Vero Sade, a Houston-based multifamily development firm founded in June 2021, is preparing to break ground on its second local apartment complex. The new 310-unit multifamily project will be at 28325 Retail Lane near the intersection of Interstate 69 and Fairgrounds Road in Rosenberg, Vero Sade said June 19. It’s across the street from the newly completed Fort Bend EpiCenter and located within an Opportunity Zone, a designation that allows certain projects to qualify for a federal incentive.
