Totowa, New Jersey-based Empire Auto Parts is opening its first distribution center in Houston, a roughly 185,000-square-foot warehouse property that was recently completed. Houston-based Vault Partners developed the Vault Distribution Center at 13612 Furman Road in southern Houston last year. When the lease was announced in November, Empire's name was not disclosed.
