Rosewood Property Co., alongside equity partner MetLife Investment Management, has started construction on The Buckley, a 338-unit apartment development in a northern suburb of Dallas. The community, which is situated on 4.8 acres near the President George Bush Turnpike in Plano, Texas, is due online in the summer of 2026. This project is the second apartment complex in the mixed-used Heritage Creekside development, which is owned by Rosewood. The first community, the 326-unit Ludlow property, was completed last year with leasing underway.
