Costco Wholesale Corp appears to be expanding its footprint in Dallas. According to planning documents filed with the state, the retailer is adding a 48,150-square-foot metal building to its distribution center at 3730 Mountain Creek Parkway. The Dallas Depot Cold Addition will include 16 dock doors for receiving and distribution and a total of 32 new dock door positions. Construction on the building is estimated to cost approximately $14.2 million and scheduled to begin in November, with delivery expected in May 2025, according to the filing.
