Dive Brief:
Marriott International’s Le Méridien brand will open the doors to its new hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, next week, according to a release obtained by Hotel Dive. 

The 14-story, 188-room Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown is located in the former Hotel Texas Annex Building, which was vacant for nearly two decades. The property features a rooftop lounge and French-inspired brasserie. 

The Dallas-Fort Worth market is experiencing significant hotel development and investment activity as the area sees heightened demand from leisure and business travelers. Fort Worth, in particular, is growing quickly.
