P. Terry’s Burger Stand’s Houston expansion is well underway, with the first location opening soon, a second under construction and more in the making. The popular Austin-based restaurant chain signed its newest Houston-area ground lease — for 40 years — in the 70-acre Village Green mixed-use development. Village Green is part of the 925-acre urban district Bridgeland Central in Howard Hughes Holdings Inc.'s (NYSE: HHH) master-planned community Bridgeland in Cypress.
