XAG Group has closed on 25 acres fronting FM 1093 in Fulshear Lakes to construct a retail center in the new Fort Bend County master-planned community. The first phase (6 acres) is anticipated to include a retail center with approximately 45,000 square feet. The center will be home to a mix of restaurants, banks, schooling facilities and service-oriented businesses. XAG estimates the center will open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
