Marquette Cos. plans to build a 20K SF commercial building to house restaurants and retailers in the mixed-use White Oak District just north of Downtown Houston. The district will be anchored by Tempo at White Oak, Marquette’s luxury rental development that is nearing completion, according to the company. Tempo at White Oak will have 304 units with four “live-work” units for residents who operate a business from home, the press release states.
