Cassco Land Co., the real estate development arm of the Edwards Ranch family, has filed plans asking Fort Worth to annex land for a 146-acre site near Chisholm Trail Parkway and Oakmont Boulevard.

Cassco officials said they had no details to share on the plans for the area, which is just a few miles south of the company’s Clearfork development.

In 2018, Cassco developed Clearfork, a $300 million collection of open-air shopping, dining and entertainment, living and office buildings on 26 acres. The project has over 1 million square feet of office, retail and residential space and includes shops such as Neiman Marcus.
