Multiple developers are turning a 10-acre corner tract in the 870-acre Tuscan Lakes master-planned community in League City into a retail development with restaurants and office space.

The tract on the northeastern corner of East League City Parkway and South Egret Bay Boulevard, or state Highway 96 and FM 270, will soon be home to one of Houston’s first Bojangles Southern fried chicken restaurants. It’s slated to open in November, per the Houston Chronicle.
