AOG Living has broken ground on Novum Plano, a 147-unit active adult community in Plano, Texas. CBRE secured debt for this project through a regional bank and is also in charge with equity placement. Delivery is expected by late 2025. Designed by FK Architecture, the future four-story Novum Plano will consist of units with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts.
