Partners Capital has acquired 153 acres near Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) for an industrial park. The company bought the land at the southeast corner of FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield Road and hopes to break ground on the $12 million project by September 2025. The land, just northwest of Intercontinental Airport, is one of the few remaining developable tracts in that area.
