A city just outside Fort Worth is preparing for a major master-planned community that could include more than 2,000 homes and miles of trails — and is hoping to land a $150 million trade school campus focused on construction.

The founders of Florida-based Full Sail University want to plant the first offshoot of the university focused on construction trades, called Craftmasters, in Burleson, about 15 miles south of Fort Worth.
