Sueba USA opened Ivy Lofts, a 335-unit apartment complex with 10,707 square feet of retail on the first floor, at 1466 Ivy Park Terrace in the Ivy District. The developer of the mixed-use project is Modern Land (China) Co. Besides the apartments and retail, plans for the district include office buildings and rental townhomes under development by Wan Bridge.
