Less than a year after breaking ground, Dallas-based KDC has completed construction of a 422,000-square-foot distribution center developed for Oncor Electric Delivery Co. in Midlothian, Texas. Oncor is Texas’ largest electricity transmission and distribution company, serving more than 13 million customers. Oncor officials said the new distribution center would help support the company’s unprecedented growth.
