Northmarq has secured the sale of Yardly Dechman, a 142-unit luxury build-to-rent community in Grand Prairie, Texas. Northmarq represented Taylor Morrison, the property’s seller and developer, in the transaction.

Completed in 2023, Yardly Dechman is a 16-acre community comprising one-story townhouses with one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 717 to 1,054 square feet. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, pickleball court and a dog park, as well as 149 covered parking spaces and 40 detached enclosed garages.
