Apartment developer Resia is planning to build a 12-story, $61 million rental community at 1000 Jones Street in Fort Worth. The company also filed permits for a 10-story $12.9 million parking garage next door. Construction could start in April 2025 and finish in February 2027. Designs for the project have indicated it will consist of about 240 apartments and retail space on the ground floor of the project.
