Fidelis Realty Partners has acquired 33 acres for a retail development on the northeast section of the Grand Parkway in the outlying suburbs of Houston.

Fidelis, a Bellaire-based firm led by Alan Hassenflu, specializes in mid- to large-scale shopping centers and operates in multiple states.

Fidelis acquired the land at the entry to The Trails, a nature-oriented community of new homes by Texas-based Castle Hill Partners.
