Dominium plans to build Anson Crossing, a 312-unit affordable housing community in Maxwell, Texas, roughly halfway between Austin and San Antonio. This will mark the company’s seventh development inside the Lone Star State.

On Track Ministries will serve as general contractor and WD Construction as prime subcontractor. Other development partners include Caldwell County, Winthrop & Weinstine, BKV Group, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Braun Intertec Corp., Commercial Partners Title and UMB Bank.
