A new mixed-use project is in the works for Austin’s South Lamar Boulevard, with plans for residential, office, restaurant and retail space. Seamless Capital is developing SoLa Mixed Use, which could include hundreds of apartments and more than 100,000 square feet of office space in two buildings.

The Austin Business Journal reports the first building would be eight stories tall and consist of 387 multifamily units totaling 452,531 square feet. The second would rise five stories and consist of 102,440 square feet of office space and 4,480 square feet of retail space.
