GTIS Partners and Hopewell Development sold Champions Circle Business Park, a 361,040-square-foot industrial campus in Fort Worth. Stonelake Capital Partners was the buyer. Commercial Edge reports the duo developed the project in 2021, thanks to a $23.4 million construction loan. Champions Circle was delivered in 2022.
