Crescent Real Estate LLC, which owns the high-rise complex that kicked off the towering transformation of Uptown Dallas, is getting close to delivering its latest big building in the district after more than two years of construction.

The 31-story apartment building known as 2811 Maple is slated to open in May, the latest evolution of a skyline that kicked off with the development of the Crescent about four decades ago.
