Houston-based real estate developer Vigavi Realty has acquired land from Johnson Development for a new industrial development west of Houston, according to CBRE. On the 36.3-acre site, Vigavi will develop Woods Crossing, a industrial distribution business park with three warehouses totaling 556,800 SF.

CBRE’s Tom Lynch, Billy Gold, Faron Wiley, Charles Herold and Brad Smith represented Vigavi Realty in the land acquisition transaction. The project is located south of Interstate 10 off of Woods Road, more than 30 miles west of Houston’s Inner Loop.
