NewQuest is under construction on the Sprouts Farmers Market in Creekside Town Center in New Braunfels in Comal County. 

The developer anticipates Sprouts’ opening in Q1 2026. This 23,434-square-foot store will be within walking distance of Creekside Town Center’s multifamily component and shopping, dining, and entertainment brands. The chain is the first grocer in NewQuest’s 400-acre development, which now exceeds one million square feet of built space with room for another 100,000 square feet in the Texas Hill County town of New Braunfels.
