Chevron Corp. plans to spend $100 million renovating its downtown headquarters at 1500 Louisiana St. and another Houston office at 1400 Smith Street. The ten-floor revamp at 1500 Louisiana, to cost $66 million, is expected to begin in September and end in mid-2026. The Houston Business Journal reports the 255,700-square-foot project involves the “interior renovation and refurbishment of an existing interior office build-out.
