Partners Real Estate says it rounded up a tenant who signed the largest rail-served industrial lease of the year at TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park. The 496,421-square-foot TGS Cedar Port DC 2 building was delivered in 2023. Union Pacific and BNSF serve the property.

In the transaction, John Simons, Gray Gilbert, and Chris Haro of Partners Real Estate represented TGS Cedar Port Partners, L.P. Partners did not disclose the name of the tenant.
