Wan Bridge and Centurion American Development Group have partnered to develop Frontera Shores Townhomes, a 201-unit built-to-rent project in Lewisville, Texas.

A batch of initial homes is slated for delivery this September, while full completion is expected by December 2026. The nearly 36-acre site is close to Interstate 35E, roughly 27 miles northwest of downtown Dallas.

Upon completion, the BTR community will encompass two- to four-bedroom townhome units. Common-area amenities are set to include walking trails, a dog park and a swimming pool.
