Radom Capital, Triten converting former Swift and Co. Meat Packing Plant, Theater into Offices, Retail

The former Swift and Co. meatpacking building, over 50 years old, is set to be transformed into a 4.47-acre mixed-use development over the next year. Developer Radom Capital is spearheading the project, along with the redevelopment of another famed Houston building, the Tower Theatre in Montrose, and its adjacent shopping center along Westheimer Road.
