Parallel, in partnership with Kayne Anderson Real Estate, has begun vertical construction on a 671-bed student housing development located at 2413 14th St. near the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock. The partnership also recently secured an undisclosed amount of construction financing for the project through PlainsCapital Bank.
