The property is located at 2401 Longview St, east of Hwy 1 and adjacent to the University of Texas at Austin. This is Entrada Partners’ second student housing acquisition as the company is currently focused on growing a portfolio of value-add multifamily and student housing properties in core markets throughout the Sunbelt.
