IHG Hotels & Resorts will develop a Kimpton hotel in Fredericksburg, Texas, in partnership with Houston’s DC Partners, the company announced Tuesday. 
The 210-room luxury lifestyle property will be Kimpton’s fourth in the state and will anchor the 22-acre mixed-use development The Meuse when it opens in 2027, according to IHG. 
Kimpton follows several other luxury developments in the works in Texas’ Hill Country. IHG said Kimpton Fredericksburg will be the first in the region to pair large-format accommodations and a full-service events program under one roof.
