Online pet supply retailer Chewy Inc. (NYSE: CHWY) has started operating out of its first distribution center in Greater Houston.

Chewy, which is dually headquartered in Boston and Plantation, Florida, signed its lease for the 687,902-square-foot NorthPoint 90 Building 3 at 13250 Crosby Freeway in August 2021, before the building was finished. It started occupying the property, which is owned by Granite REIT and marketed by Colliers, in September 2022, according to CoStar.
