Wiwynn, a Taiwanese cloud infrastructure company that makes data center servers, is spending $152 million on a new testing and manufacturing facility in Socorro, a town of 35,000 just east of El Paso. The facility is expected to create over 500 jobs. The 833,000-square-foot facility will be located at 9220 Socorro and will be split across two buildings in the Socorro Logistics Center.
