Firefly’s Developer, Wilks Development, to start construction on 16-story, $129M, 190-room Hyatt-branded, Dream Hotel, in early 2026

Wilks Development received zoning approval in late March. Now, they are ready to announce when dirt will start moving on the Dream Hotel, a 190-room hotel they are building at the multibillion-dollar Firefly Park development in Frisco.

The Dallas Business Journal reports work on the 16-story Dream Hotel should begin in February. It’s expected to cost $129 million.
