Cortland added to its Houston portfolio with the acquisition of Wynnewood at Wortham, a 444-unit apartment community in the heart of the Wortham neighborhood. The suburban Harris County community will soon be rebranded Cortland Wortham. This marks Cortland’s third acquisition in Houston within the last year, expanding its portfolio to include 13 assets in Houston, as a part of 60 properties comprising nearly 22,000 units across Texas.
