Chris Epp, Matthew Chase, Craig Miller, Holden Penn, Ben Sarna and Sarah Foronda of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller, 29th Street Capital, in the transaction. Campus Realty Advisors acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
