H-E-B is adding warehouse space to keep up with its aggressive growth plans. The San Antonio-based grocer is spending $20 million to finish out a 139,000-square-foot industrial space at 6900 AWG Way in south Fort Worth.

The Dallas Business Journal reports the space is a general warehouse and storage space to support expansion across North Texas. 

Andrew W. Booth & Associates Inc. is the design firm listed for the project, which is expected to conclude construction in 2027.
