EōS Fitness signed long-term leases at two Austin-area locations and one in DFW. Eos signed a 40,000-square-foot retail lease in Kyle, anchoring the Kyle Park development at I-35 and Bebee Road in the heart of the Texas Innovation Corridor. Set to open in 2027, this will be EōS’ first location in Kyle. Rise Commercial Partners represented the tenant, while the landlord, NewQuest Equity, L.C., represented itself.
