Harrison Street and PowerHouse Data Centers, a division of American Real Estate Partners (AREP), have purchased 50 acres of land in Irving–Las Colinas, Texas, a community located within the Dallas–Fort Worth area and the second-largest data center market in the country. The site will be home to PowerHouse Irving, a nearly 1 million-square-foot data center campus that will deliver 200 megawatts of power when completed. PowerHouse Irving is the third multi-phased data center development to be announced this year, following PowerHouse Reno in Nevada and PowerHouse 95 in Spotsylvania County, Va.
