Century Communities is proposing Fulshear Junction, a 126.9-acre development in Fort Bend County. The development will be located north of FM 1093 and west of Wallis Street, adjacent to the Polo Ranch community. The development is set to include 251 single-family homes on 100 acres, five commercial and mixed-use areas totaling 21.21 acres, shops, restaurants, offices and a national daycare facility already under contract.
